I studied at the University College of Osteopathy (formerly British School of Osteopathy), London, qualifying in 2019. I am also registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member with the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA).

There are many conditions linked to the musculoskeletal of the anatomy that can be treated with Osteopathic principles that allow the body to heal naturally.

Osteopathy also contributes to repairing to a wide range of disorders. Osteopathic treatments have a positive impact on the nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems, to improve body function and overall health.

I use various approaches and the most advanced equipment to restore the body to its optimal level. A whole-body concentration in conjunction with the use of soft tissue techniques. Treatments are applicable to muscles, ligaments and tendons that are linked to the spine and nervous system with mobilisation of the body’s structure and dry needling are applied for optimal results.

I apply a variety of hands-on techniques:

* Spinal manipulation, Soft Tissue massage techniques, Articulation – gentle rhythmic joint movements, stretching muscles and joint capsules.

* Muscle energy – muscle techniques that encourage muscles to work against resistance, Visceral manipulation.

I also manage a range of interrelated conditions:

* Neck and back pain/stiffness, Rheumatic pain, Arthritis, Sciatica, Headaches, Vertigo.

* Repetitive strain and overuse injuries, Tendonitis and many Sports injuries.

Additionally, I also offer ongoing support and educational guidance about lifestyle, body stress management that may influence your pain, injury or movement.
