Being a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, I specialise in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of muscles, joints, bones and soft tissues to reduce pain and improve mobility.
I have a BSc (Bachelor of Science) in Sport Rehabilitation and a MSc (Masters in Physiotherapy) from the University of Bradford (UK). My extensive experience as a Physiotherapist derives from working within sports clubs and private health clinics. Added to my credentials are Australian registrations with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association), and as an approved Medicare provider.
My expertise extends to manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, all are aimed at promoting long-term wellness to deliver exceptional patient care with outcomes that includes knee, neck, shoulder, elbow and chronic lower back pain.
I am dedicated Physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals regain their mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Through a holistic approach, I practice with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, tailoring comprehensive treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
